Whoh! Okay! Was not expecting this at all. Dropped a whole BMI point 👀. I did get my eating back under some control which is great. I had started going back to the gym twice a week since 12th April when it all opened up again from the ongoing Lockdown. Keyword unfortunately is “had” but more on that in a bit. My focus these past few weeks has been my eating after fasting and well, I think its working. Definitely feels like our bodies react in some form of “storage panic” when you begin losing weight which causes this uphill push or plateau before kicking off downward once again when it realises this is all fine.
I am going to continue focusing on my eating next few weeks as well as looking at stresses in my day to day and how to slow myself down so I can react to things in a less stress inducing manner.
Some of you may know, most of you will not (not fully yet anyway)- I Had a “health blip” during the early hours of 29th April. I won’t disclose or discuss it here until after I’ve been for some additional tests but wanted to briefly mention it while I await more conclusive results and diagnosis. The health blip has meant I am having to stop going to the gym which is a kick in the potential future progress (exercise is important y’all) but I do feel my weight reading today was more to do with the sum of all my changes, not just the reaction of one new additional change.
Health wise- I am safe and no need to worry or panic. I will let you all know when I got more to tell.
Got a number of normal health appointments (general checks, yearly checks etc) across the next few weeks. I’m also due my 2nd COVID-19 vaccination around the time of the next blog post so got plenty going on.
