Numbers rising again… and I know why.
Few weekends ago I wanted to have a moment of indulgence, a moment off from being super careful and calculated with my diet. While it was nice, I suffered after and its taken a week to get back on track-ish with the eating. Stress eating is my biggest enemy.
While comparing between blog posts I am up, on the weekly I am down from last week. My cursed metabolism doesn’t allow me to have weekends off, yet. Need to shift more weight as a buffer especially with the end of the year approaching fast. The size loss around my belly/waist is… odd. I’m losing it on the sides of my belly but not the front as much? So odd to me… maybe it’s normal?
At least last post’s constipation is solved but that even took over a week to flush though. Just my diet that’s shit now 😅.
Diet 💩 / Mental willpower 😓 / Exercise 🚶♂️
Still considering weighing myself daily but not sure my mental demons won’t cause issue with it by being super harsh on bad days and dismissive on good days. Maybe twice a week? Or even just if I remember in the mornings.
Just keep going! Next blog post, better numbers and back on track.
