Well… Fuck. Weight wise, I’m disappointed. I’ve been dealing with sickness since 30th December and only recently finished the course of antibiotics. Still feeling shit and still concerned with this Omicron spike.
Ugh– Beginning of 2022 so far has been exhausting.
Diet 😒 / Mental willpower 😞 / Exercise ❌ 😷
