176.5 kg - 389.1 lb - 27 stone and 11.1 lb - BMI: 54.5
It’s official, this is the lightest I’ve been since around October 2019. I’m eating better, feeling better and exercise has become just a part of my weekly routine. In the past I’ve hovered and plateaued around this weight so while I am relishing the in the continued weight progress, I need to not let things slip. I need to ride this momentum and energy. This journey is still fraught with continued challenges but its all starting to feel “easier”, feel natural. This could be the start of the snowball effect.
Diet ✔ / Mental willpower ✔ / Exercise ✔
Not much else to say really! Just going to keep doing what I’m doing, going to try to improve and tweak what I’m doing already and see if I can continue to lose and maybe even lose a bit more week on week. 📉 💪
