Not much to say, I’m just disappointed in myself. I’ll get there. I have plenty of support, plenty of reasons to get better. Life is a rollercoaster, just so happens I get motion sickness.
Getting some things to help make walking a bit easier. Still waiting for my miracle appointment with the weight management clinic. Just need to keep saying to myself that I’ll get there… eventually.
